A father high on meth was wearing fake breasts and no pants when he was arrested for a DUI in Seattle, reports the New York Daily News.

Jonathan Harty was driving 100 mph down a Seattle highway when he was arrested back in April. After he was stopped, authorities discovered his two daughters -- ages 6 and 4 -- in the back seat. This was Harty's third DUI arrest.

The 31-year-old father reportedly admitted to the crime and issued a public apology to his two daughters. Harty had apparently told his daughters that he was taking them to buy toys when he led them along the bizarre meth-fueled joy ride. Before he was stopped, Harty donned a women's blouse and fake breasts and proceeded to crash into three cars as he sped along. At the time of arrest, he was naked from the waist down.

Despite his apology, Judge Ken Schubert sentenced Harty to the maximum of 29 months in jail. Harty also had his license revoked for seven years. It was not reported if Harty will have custody of his children or will be allowed further contact. The two girls did suffer minor bruises in the incident.
