The initial consultation is always free and if you bring in this completed survey, Mr. Breidenbach will give you a $55.00 discount on his attorney fees for representing you on any DUI, Physical Control Other Criminal, or Criminal Traffic Offense. (He will give you a $20.00 discount if you retain him on an infraction).
